We accept returns on new, unworn, non-sale items.

​Item(s) must have original tags attached and in their original packaging.

​We will NOT accept items that appear used or worn.

​Return requests (including defective items) must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment and items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving. 

​Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The cost of the label generated on our returns page will be deducted from the total refund. We have a 5% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot generate return labels for international customers. International customers, please email orders@thisistheshoreline.com.

​All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds on sale items. If you have questions about a sale item in regards to sizing, please email orders@thisistheshoreline.com. BEFORE you purchase it.

​We do our best to process your return within 3 business days of receipt and will send you a verification of the refund for your records. However, some banks take 5-10 business days to process your refund so depending on your bank, you might not see the refund immediately.
