Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return anything you bought at full price on thisistheshoreline.com. We accept returns from U.S. addresses only.

Items must come back unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original tags and packaging. Final sale items can't be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, misuse or alteration.

Your three options

Exchange for a different size or color — free, no fee. Store credit as a gift card that never expires — free, no fee. Refund to your original payment method, minus a flat $12 restocking fee.

The $12 is one fee per return, not per item. Exchanges and store credit are always free.

If we got it wrong

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, pick that reason in the returns portal and we waive the $12.

How to return something

Go to thisistheshoreline.com/pages/returns, enter your order number and shipping ZIP code, and print your prepaid UPS label. No account needed. Attach the label and drop it at any UPS location.

When you'll get your money

Once your return reaches our Tampa facility we process it within 21 business days, usually much sooner. Your bank may take another 5–10 days to show the refund.

Gifts and international

Gift returns become store credit in the recipient's name — email us with the order number from the packing slip. We don't currently accept returns on orders shipped outside the U.S., but email us and we'll try to help.
